Giving Back

When presented with an opportunity to give back, Floors Direct leapt at the chance to make a difference. We have partnered with the team at Moeggesukkel, a non-profit organisation based in Centurion that assists individuals whose lives are affected by drug addiction. At any given time, there are at least 40 addicts living at the Centre. The residents, in turn, give back by joining forces with several volunteers to distribute food to homeless people each and every day.

Their aim is to become an organisation with a global reach. They aim to do this through providing residential care, psycho-social development programmes and counselling services to ensure the successful reintegration of people with addictions into society.

We are proud to have installed new flooring in the organisation’s TV/Boardroom area and assisted in the preparation and distribution of meals to numerous individuals residing on the streets in the Pretoria CBD. We are in an ongoing partnership with Moeggesukkel and are excited about the various opportunities that we will be afforded to give back.
