4CLAIMS is able to offer fashionable flooring ranges to customers as Floors Direct frequently sources new suppliers and products from overseas to expand its existing offering. Floors Direct imports directly from well-known and trusted international manufacturers and wholesalers located around the world, allowing 4CLAIMS to provide a wide range of products.

We import large quantities of flooring and therefore have bulk purchasing power. We transfer these savings to our customers to provide you with better deals at competitive pricing.

Our product ranges are carefully selected from leading global suppliers who place a stringent emphasis on quality and durability.

How the claim process works:

How do I obtain a quote for my flooring claim?
  • Call our national call centre on 0861 4CLAIMS (252467) or email 4claims@floorsdirect.co.za and one of our highly trained specialists will assist you with your claim requirements.

How long will it take for 4CLAIMS to assess the claim?
  • Once we have received your quote request, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange an assessment (providing you are available and we have access to the site).
  • We endeavour to conduct an assessment, at your earliest convenience, within two days.
  • Senior staff compile accurate assessments and submit reports on the findings.
  • Our recommendations are based on the assessment findings and we consistently provide the best advice.
  • We only recommend a replacement floor if this is absolutely necessary.

When does 4CLAIMS provide a quote?
  • Where a replacement floor is necessary, a competitive quote is submitted.
  • The quote will immediately be sent through to our claims department and your insurance company or broker.
  • During the process you will be kept updated through our efficient Customer Relationship Management system.

What products do 4CLAIMS supply?
  • We supply imported wooden flooring and locally manufactured carpets.
  • Our product range includes the latest designs so that your new floor is fashionable and in line with current trends.

When will the installation take place?
  • Repair or replacement of the damaged area will happen as soon as our claims department has received approval from your insurance company.
  • You will be contacted by a specialist located at one of our branches nationwide to book a fitment date at a convenient time.

Who installs the flooring?
  • We place an emphasis on quality workmanship and only use accredited contractors to install our flooring.
  • Our accredited installers have extensive fitment experience and their workmanship is guaranteed for two years.
  • We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all our laminate flooring products for domestic applications.
